How you care for your jewelry will determine its longevity. Over time, all jewelry will collect dirt and grease and appear less brilliant. Here are a few steps you can take to ensure the radiance of your pieces.
Basic Cleaning Information:
* Soak your jewelry in hot water mixing in a small amount of dish soap for 5-10 minutes.
* We recommend swishing your jewelry in the hot water so as to loosen the dirt.
* Many shops recommend using a soft head bristle brush (old toothbrush) and gently brush the jewelry to remove any build up of dirt. This is also a fairly good method just keep in mind over time that the brush will slowing loosen the diamonds within its setting and may need to be tightened
* Make sure not to clean too many pieces together at once, as they may scratch each other.
* After brushing, soak the item for another 5 minutes.
* Rinse the jewelry thoroughly under lukewarm water.
* Wipe the items dry on a soft cloth, preferably cotton, taking care not to touch any diamonds if they are in your pieces.
